JOINT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATORS

In accordance with the partnership agreement between the AICAC and NAFA (http://www.nafalaw.com/) we are launching the educational program aimed at training international arbitrators in Miami (Florida, USA). The program is designed for attorneys educated outside the United States. Terms of the program are available here: http://nafalaw.com/blog/?p=452 Those who successfully complete this program will receive NAFA Certificates. In addition, the AICAC will offer such persons the following options and opportunities:

1) To grant the status of the "Associate arbitrator of the AICAC" (reserve arbitrator) and all the relevant documents to all students (with the university Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law), who graduate from the program and successfully pass the AICAC Regulations testing;

2) To grant the status of the AICAC Arbitrator to all students (with the university Doctorate in Law), who graduate from the program and provide (for publication) a high quality original paper in English on international arbitration law and process;

3) To grant the right for membership in the Transcontinental Arbitration Corporation (TAC; http://tac.court-inter.us/) to organizations in which the student graduating from the program is or will be engaged in professional activities. At the same time, such organization must be officially represented in the TAC by the graduate of the program. A special certificate is issued for the graduate of the program. The graduate of the program can be a member of the TAC as well, provided that in the country of professional activity he/she is the officially licensed attorney.

4) To grant the right to associate membership in the International consulting group "BoVaSCo" (http://bovasco.com/) to organizations in which the student graduating from the program is or will be carrying out his/her professional activity. At the same time, such organization must be officially represented in "BoVaSCo" by the graduate of the program. A special certificate is issued for the graduate of the program. The graduate of the program can be a member of "BoVaSCo" as well, provided that in the country of professional activity he/she is the officially licensed attorney.
