Tutorial for Arbitrators of the AICAC

Dear colleagues!

We would like to inform you that in August 2014 the publishing house of the International Academy of Science and Higher Education (London, UK) presented the book "Tutorial for Arbitrators of the American International Commercial Arbitration Court" (in English and Russian). It is well-known that international arbitration law and the practice of settlement of international commercial disputes do not presuppose the necessity of juridical education of arbitrators, selected by parties of the dispute. Besides, sometimes juridical knowledge of separate specialists may require renewal or improvement through supplementation with certain concepts peculiar to various branches of jurisprudence. At last, difficulties with application of conflict rules or legislation acts of various countries occur in the arbitration process quite often. This book was published in order to assist in overcoming the above-mentioned, as well as other problem matters of law enforcement in the arbitration process.
